Madge Obaseki is and ordained minister, Director of Grow The Church Now, Host of the Healthy Church Growth Show and she is an author.
Madge is known as the Healthy Church Growth advocate. That is because she is committed to facilitating our collective mission found in Matthew 28:19-20. Her background in corporate organisational develop and Human Resource management has prepared her to serve in full-time ministry which she has been doing for 28 years.
Her specialism is retention challenges in the church. To this end she provides services to churches and ministry including strategic reviews, training delivery, facilitation for staff and volunteer events and retreats, and mentoring for leaders. The objective is to assist church assemblies and ministries to ultimately achieve healthy sustainable growth. She works with churches small and medium no matter the denomination in the USA and UK and has travelled to speak at events for church leadership on her specialism church retention challenges.
Minister Madge started the Healthy Church Growth Show podcast in April 2020 which has celebrated 40 episodes. The show was started when she observed the struggle experienced by leaders in the Church with new norm mentality. The show is for ALL leaders in the church, whether volunteers or ordained spiritual leaders to address a wide range of practical challenges.
She holds a post-graduate in from Middlesex University in Management and a Degree in Ministerial Theology. She is CIPD and an ILM accredited advanced trainer.
Madge is also a serial entrepreneur with several businesses under her belt. She enjoys jazz music and is a keen gardener who belongs to the Royal Horticultural Society. She is married to Apostle Obaseki and they live in N.E. London with their family.
