Madge Obaseki is an ordained minister and CEO of Grow The Church Now. She is known as the Healthy Church Growth advocate. That is because she is committed to facilitating our collective mission found in Matthew 28:19-20. Grow The Church Now was set up with the precepts of Ephesians 4: 12 at the core of its mission.
By providing strategic reviews, training, facilitation and mentoring the ultimate goal is healthy sustainable growth for the body of Christ. She works with churches small and medium no matter the denomination in USA and UK and has travelled to speak at events for church leadership on her specialism church retention challenges.
In 2020 she started a podcast called the Healthy Church Growth Show podcast for leaders in the church. It was at a time when navigating the new norm was a challenge for many. The podcast provides information, guidance and resources on a large range of subjects. She has interviewed church planters, fundraisers, leaders of ministries specialising in mental he alth youth pastors etc,.
She has a background in corporate organisational develop and Human Resource management. She has been serving in ministry for over 28 years. She is also a serial entrepreneur with several businesses under her belt.
She holds degrees in from Middlesex University in Management and Theology from Roehampton. She is CIPD and an ILM accredited advanced trainer.
Madge is the author of several ministry books.
She enjoys jazz music and is a keen gardener. who belongs to the Royal Horticultural Society. She is married to Apostle Obaseki & they live with their family in N.E. London.
